CANCELLATION POLICY

At Denver Women’s Massage, we understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellation Guidelines:

48+ Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide at least 48 hours' notice, there will be no charge, and we will happily assist you in finding another suitable time.

Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice: Failure to provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a charge for half the amount of the scheduled service, unless cancel is due to emergency.
